Reinforcing the Voices Foundation approach after the first year

Many of the schools who take our full year in-school programme decide to extend their training into a second, third or even fourth year - or more. Opting for a Continuation Programme can be extremely beneficial, as it will:

• give existing teachers that little bit more confidence
• reinforce the skills base built in the first year
• help new teachers to grasp the methodology more quickly

Continuation Programmes are entirely flexible, and can be created on a bespoke basis depending on the school's particular needs or budget.
