Tailored programmes to introduce the Voices methodology
Committing to our full one-year programme can be a huge step, especially when other priorities may loom large in the school's development plan.
Some schools prefer the option of taking a specially designed programme based mainly on
whole-school INSET sessions; most commonly this is chosen to act as a precursor to our full programme, introducing staff to the skills and concepts during INSETs, but it can also
be taken as a stand-alone option.
Like continuation programmes, these are completely flexible and can be created to suit the school's particular needs - or budget. Naturally they provide an introductory insight into our methodology and will not provide the sustainable approach afforded by our one-year programme.
